Drainage

We have different kinds of drainage systems in our program, from stainless steel gutters up to pipe systems.

Stainless steel gutters
We have 2 different kinds of stainless steel gutters, which both can be placed in a concrete floor, namely a gutter with stainless steel slat and a “concealing” gutter. The first gutter can also be placed between prefab floors (in a groove). Both types can be used in central corridors, showers and milking rooms. The first one has a load class of A15 and the second one has a load class from A15 – C250.

Polyester concrete gutters
We can deliver the polyester concrete gutters in different versions with several different kinds of slats. They can be delivered in load classes A15 up to F900 and can be used in different situations, depending on the used version. On our production line in Poland, we can also make custom made products.

Drainage by pipe put in concrete
There are three kinds of pipe that can be put in a concrete floor for drainage. All the options can be used in stables with calves and slurry storage rooms. Option 1 can also be used in central corridors and cleaning areas.

Option 1 is a pipe that is placed in concrete and after hardening, the upper side of the slot is taken of. With this a drainage slot arises with a width of 12mm and a load class of maximum B125, depending on the quality of the concrete.

Option 2 is a pipe with, on the upper side, openings of Ø10mm every 50mm. Straw and big parts of dirt can’t go through these openings, so the pipe can’t block up. This drainage system has a load class of A15 – C250 and is very suitable for spaces with straw.

Option 3 is a pipe with, on the upper side, little pipes of +/-80mm high, every 50mm. Straw and big parts of dirt can’t go through these little pipes, so the pipe can’t block up. This drainage system has a load class from A15 – D400 (depending on the quality of concrete) and is suitable for spaces with straw.
